On your next visit to Osoyoos wine country, be sure to check out these 5 new wineries:

Lakeside Cellars

Perched on the eastern shores of Lake Osoyoos, Lakeside Cellars is the culmination of a lifelong commitment to farming.

Their concentrated wines are expressive of Canada’s cool climate desert terroir: vibrant, ripe fruit balanced with mouth-watering acidity pair perfectly with the sun-seeking lifestyle of our small beach town.

While the scene is still being set for the stunning lakeside tasting bar, visitors can currently enjoy wine tastings at their cellar bar located off of Highway 3.

Sonora Desert Winery

Paul and Herman Gill have grown up in the South Okanagan, with a family background in Orchards and Vineyards, the Gill brothers used their business background to create Sonora Desert Winery.

With 2 vineyards & 25 acres all in the South Okanagan, Sonora Desert Winery is located in the heart of the world class wine region of Canada.

Second Chapter Wine Co.

Smaller, more focused, more precise – Second Chapter Wine Company is the distilled vision of what made them so passionate about winemaking in this unique corner of the globe in the first place.

After 15 years of producing some of Canada’s best wines and sharing them with people around the world, it was time for a step in a new direction.

French Door Estate Winery

Located on the beautiful and sunny Black Sage Bench, the new tasting and barrel room at French Door Estate Winery is the perfect place to relax, unwind, taste and discover.

Whether it’s being taken through their line-up of exquisite wines, or relaxing with a glass of wine on our patio overlooking the valley, every experience at French Door is unique and enjoyable.
