Canadian Women’s Mid-Amateur & Senior Golf Championships

Event Dates:
  • Sun August 18, 2019 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Canadian Women’s Mid-Amateur and Senior Championship has been conducted since 1971 at many well-respected golf courses across the country.
The event features amateur women golfers over 25 years of age from across North America and beyond. Some 150 players will compete over three days – Aug. 18-20 – on the Park Meadows course at the Osoyoos Golf Club. There is an official practice round on August 17.
Two-time defending champion Sue Wooster of Melbourne is in the field along with dozens of players from the US and many top Canadians.
The Mid-Am is one of Golf Canada’s major amateur events over the summer and officials from that organization will be on hand to oversee the event, along with the host club tournament committee.
Admission is free and there is an abundance of great spots from which to watch these top amateur players meet the challenges of the golf course.
