Celebrate National Indigenous People’s Day with us on Tuesday, June 21st with an evening of Indigenous-inspired cuisine, fine wine, expansive vineyard, lake and mountain views.
Our Elements Dinner is a collaboration with our chef, Ian Stilborn, and Indigenous Chefs Joe Dierickse and Cheyenne Sunday from neighbouring restaurant, The Bear, The Fish, The Root & The Berry. The meal will represent the elements; Earth, Water, Fire and Air, perfectly paired with a selection of Nk’Mip’s award-winning wines.
