The J.R.C. Fundraiser Jamboree
Come Join us on Saturday August 13th for a day filled with fun, music, food, games and much much more starting at 1PM to ___??? This year is a combined Jamboree and Fundraiser for local families in need at Christmas and other times. Formally called the Coleton Clause, Ryker’s Reindeer, now adding Josh’s Jamboree (J.R.C) in Memory of our boys. (Josh Desrosiers, Ryker McClurg, Coleton Nelson)
Saturday’s Event entrance fee – $20 per person, 1/2 price for 12 & under, Kids 2 & under are Free! This includes a burger or Hotdog with many extras.
$10 Entry fee’s for Bean Bag, Suey, and other game tournaments that will be held over the weekend.
There will also be 50/50 draws, a Silent Auction, Toonie Toss, Chicken Shit Bingo, Scratch & Win Board, Door Prizes and much more to help raise funds. All proceeds will be going to less fortunate Families at Christmas and other Times. **Anybody that is not able to attend but wish to donate to the cause, still can via e-transfer to: ccandrr1010@outlook.com – Greatly appreciated**
Also, anyone willing and able to make their favorite food dish to bring out for the food table on Saturday would be greatly appreciated.
Everybody is welcome to camp on our property for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) with your RV’s, tents, what have you, or come for the day (s) or stay at local accommodations in town also. (Sorry – No Vacancies available at Chez Desrosiers this weekend) Portable Washrooms and a washing station provided in the camping area for those who need it. We ask that you pack out what you pack in.
Saturday’s main event will include an open mic Jam, featuring The MJJ’s band. Feel free to bring your instruments or voice and join in on the fun. No Judgments here….
