FREE Gentle Yoga Class @ The Osoyoos Wellness Fair

Join Christina from Reset Yoga and Massage at The Osoyoos Wellness Fair this Saturday April 6th where you can demo a Gentle Movement yoga class for FREE as part of the Osoyoos Wellness Fair at the Sonora Centre.

The yoga class will start promptly at 10am in the dance studio upstairs.

Please bring a yoga mat, any yoga props that are a part of your regular practice and water to drink. You are welcome to leave your yoga mats etc with me while you explore the rest of the festival after class.
