The beerified version (yes, “beerify” is a real verb) of Alison Carlson’s winning Pumpkin Pie Recipe is fermenting away in its Cask, and will be tapped on Friday, December 27th for one-night-only! You can taste the secret ingredients and make your best guess, but we’ll never tell what they are! 😉

A “cask” of beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised ale that is conditioned and served from a traditional-style barrel resting on a counter-top or table.
