Join winemaker and vigneron Jean-Marc for a fun, interactive experience as he teaches guests how to prepare a timeless French classic, Éclade de Moules.

Popular in the Charente-Maritime region of France, “Éclade de Moules” is a traditional French dish that involves cooking mussels on a bed of pine needles. The mussels are arranged in a circle on a flat surface covered with pine needles, which are then lit. As the fire burns, it imparts a rich, smoky flavor to the mussels.

The finished mussels will be served with fresh sourdough from Road 9 – Audrey’s Breads and paired with wines from the Culmina portfolio.
