We are passionately focused on creating ciders that reflect the character and flavour of our beautiful South Okanagan orchards. Maverick Cider Co. uses a perfect combination of art, science, and taste to craft a delicious, quality product that breaks all the molds.

At Maverick Cider Co. we craft our apple, blush, and pear ciders with careful consideration and attention to every detail. Authentic cider can only be made from freshly pressed, unadulterated juice.
In terms of provenance we select single variety estate apples from the South Okanagan, BC; handpicked and processed on our family estate located on the Golden Mile, in Oliver, BC. We use 100% fresh pressed apples, ensuring the naturals flavours are preserved. Our fresh pressed apples are gravity settled and clarified overnight to create a clear crisp apple juice, and then cool fermented with specially selected champagne yeast in steel vats to preserve a clean, classy, natural apple flavour, before being blended and filtered. CO2 is added to create a delicate sparkle , and our product is then hand bottled, resulting in the delicious cider, crafted by Maverick Cider Company.
